What is the Neuro-Muscular Stimulation ?

NMS®, the Neuro-Muscular Stimulation, is a new non-invasive body shaping technology that is safe, incredibly powerful, and will completely transform your body in just a few sessions*.
NMS® uses a complex form of electric pulse called the neuro-muscular pulse which generates a deep, intense and repeated muscle contraction.

NMS® PULSE IS DEEPER, STRONGER, MORE COMFORTABLE.
So far EMS devices, also called electrostimulation devices, brought limited results in terms of muscle growth because of the simple form of the electric current used (biphasic). In fact, various electrostimulation devices require that you perform a specific workout when using them (active electrostimulation), that can be very demanding and unpractical. More recently, electromagnetic stimulation devices appeared on the market. This technology conveys an electromagnetic wave to the skin and creates a vibration which is very visible but superficial.
The neuro-muscular pulse will allow you to obtain results never achieved before. A 30-minute session generates on average 60,000 muscle contractions with no effort and no sweat. These contractions are called supramaximal. They are much stronger than the highest tension your muscle can exert and hold under normal conditions (maximal voluntary contractions).
HOW DOES IT WORK ?
When we decide to contract a muscle, our brain sends an electrical signal to the muscle via the motor neurons. The Neuro-Muscular Stimulation imitates this natural mechanism, but in a much more complex and powerful form, with the creation of supramaximal muscle contractions.

Under the impact of repeated contractions, muscle fibers break down to
rebuild, increasing in size the days after. This process is often associated with
the accumulation of lactic acid in the muscle that can cause muscle aches. It
is recommended to do stretching after the session as you would for any other
sport practice where the muscles are strongly solicited. Also, it is mandatory
to avoid any sport up to 24 hours after an NMS® session to allow time for the
muscles to rest and repair.
NMS® benefits for the body
When muscles contract, a metabolic exchange occurs simultaneously in the surrounding fat tissues to release the energy reserves in order to nourish the muscles. These rapid metabolic reactions in fat cells reduce body fat. It is worth mentioning that thanks to a pulse depth of 650 microsec. NMS® programs
Contouring:
Indicated for controlled muscle development and generalized toning, this program has been created specifically to burn fat and re-contour the body with lean and shapely muscles.
Muscle:
This program is the strongest one. It transmits short and intense waves of neuro-muscular pulse, bringing an explosive-type contraction, which induces a very fast muscle hypertrophy.
Cellulite:
This program transmits a wave to the skin which breaks down the adipocyte clusters responsible for the orange peel aspect. At the same times the wave tones the upper layers of the muscle.
Dainage:
This program uses a gentle impulse to activate lymphatic drainage in the lower limbs. 30 minutes of this drainage is equivalent to 4 hours of walking. This program is ideal for people with water retention or blood circulation problems.
Recovery:
This program produces gentle muscle contractions to help recover from muscle fatigue and regain muscle strength after training, competition, or other physical activity. This program can also be used to train people in need of functional muscle recovery after prolonged inactivity.
Pelvic floor stenghtening:
This program is ideal for women after childbirth to strengthen the muscles by the perineum area. It is also useful for men and women who are looking to prevent or reduce urinary incontinence symptoms.

NMS® programs are so efficient, you will see results from the first session. We recommend to undergo 2 sessions per week for 2 months for a complete body transformation. We recommend to continue NMS® on a regular basis to maintain your shape. NMS® sessions are indicated for men and women who wish to improve their physical condition. There is no age limit, and very few contraindications.
NMS® FULL BODY WITHOUT TESLA
NMS® Full Body is the most powerful device in the range. The neuro-muscular pulse is transmitted to the muscle groups by 24 neuro-muscular sensors. These sensors are powered by the master unit, which allows for clients to be received back-to-back throughout the day with maximum power and consistency. The 24 sensors allow the machine to work on all the body parts at the same time: quadriceps, hamstrings, adductors, glutes, abs, obliques, pecs, back, lumbar, biceps, triceps. This simultaneous stimulation ensures balanced training, enhanced efficiency, and time savings for both client and operator. NMS® Full Body is delivered with an abdomen belt as well as a vest, giving you more flexibility with how to treat your clients depending on their morphology, goals, and targeted areas. It is ideal for body contouring, muscle reinforcement, recovery, and aesthetic optimization, making it a complete, versatile, and professional-grade solution.
NMS® FULL BODY WITH TESLA
The NMS® FULL BODY can be upgraded with two Tesla applicators delivering up to 2 Teslas of high-intensity electromagnetic stimulation directly to the glutes. This advanced technology activates deep muscle fibers, enhancing lymphatic drainage, boosting circulation, and improving skin tone while reducing cellulite dimpling. By targeting the buttocks, the Tesla applicators lift and firm one of the most challenging areas of the body, creating a natural reshaping effect. Their action also extends to the thighs and lower back, contributing to overall contouring and firmness. NMS® EASY is our wireless device. The neuro-muscular sensors are powered by batteries located directly on the electrical outfit (there is no master unit). This allows a fast and easy set up. The clients can also easily change position during the session. Clients can potentially plank or contract the muscles during the session to maximize results, even though it is not necessary as the neuro-muscular pulse is already very strong and will achieve excellent results with no effort.
A full charge allows enough usage to conduct sessions for one or two days. This product does not include Tesla applicators and can not be upgraded with the Tesla applicators option.
This model includes 16 neuro-muscular sensors that work simultaneously on most muscular groups: thighs, glutes, abs, pecs, back, lumbar, arms. The NMS® electronic system is worn directly on the suit, giving the possibility to manage the procedure in total freedom. The system can work for more than 12 hours.
